The Historic Seminole Inn

When you stop by the Farm at Fox Brown booth, you’ll also get the opportunity to learn more about The Historic Seminole Inn also located on Warfield Road in the heart of citrus and cattle country in Indiantown. Located on Warfield Road, The Seminole Inn was built in the 1920s by S. Davies Warfield. He was the president of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad which developed Indiantown. His niece Wallis Warfield Simpson, later the Duchess of Windsor was the Inn’s most famous guest. most famous guest. On May 31, 2006, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. You can book a stay at the Inn and experience the true feeling of Old Florida. Or take the short drive to enjoy a meal at the Inn’s farm-to-table restaurant.

Harvest Creation was born because our family wanted to learn how to grow our food. We wanted to provide for ourselves without depending on the food supply chain. We wanted to know that our food could be trusted by knowing how it was grown and what was used to grow it. We also wanted to ensure that our four daughters and other health-challenged family members could get high-quality, highly nutritious food on demand. Microgreens became the answer! Microgreens are 4-40X more nutritious than the adult version of the vegetable crop itself. The flavors are amazing to experience, especially if you love fresh food. These superfoods will change how you eat salad and everyday meals because you can add them to any dish. As a Veteran owned business, we wanted to ensure we could take care of our community as well. So, we made our family project available to the public with only the highest quality available to the market. After an entire season of growing tons of different varieties and thousands of trays of microgreens and herbs, we are now happy to offer privately grown microgreens and herbs for homeowners and chefs, custom to order. This process allows us to keep a zero-waste program intact and low operational costs at the farm to pass on the price benefits to the end consumers. Jacqueline Kolanovic and her family had been enjoying Uncle Louie G Italian Ice and Ice Cream for over 20 years. So, when they moved to Florida, they decided to share the experience. On their ice cream truck, you will find some amazing flavors. Like tropical flavors? How about coconut and mango? For the kids, there are favs, cotton candy and rainbow, decadent chocolate fudge brownie, and peanut butter cooking dough. Italian specialties, Cannoli, and spumoni. Miracle Mary’s Cooking Essential’s

Miracle Mary’s started as a remembrance to the owner’s mother who passed away from cancer. She would have been proud to see the success that started because of her memory. You’ll find incredible oils and vinegars crafted with love. It all begins with olive oil from Greece that is infused with other flavorful oils. Delicious vinegars start with balsamic imported from Italy. Try oil flavors such as Tuscan Herb & Butter, Garlic, Rosemary, even bacon and so many more. Tara Barber who spent 20 years in the beauty industry in Pendelton, IN woke one day and decided it was time for a new adventure. She bought an RV, packed up her life along with her Chocolate lab, Roxy, and traveled the US. On the road, the one thing she missed the most was her garden. So, she decided to create something that combined her passions, travel, and gardening-Simply Sown was born.
